Q. What are reward points and how do I use them?
A.
Every product purchased earns reward points. 200 reward points are
redeemable for a £20.00
off coupon which you can use as discount against a future purchase. To
collect reward points, simply shop as usual and your points will be
automatically added to your account. Please login to your account above to
view or redeem your reward points.
Q. What name appears on my credit / debit card statement?
A. Your credit debit / card will be discreetly billed,
Transtar BV will appear on your statement. There will be no indication of
Red Light DVD or that you have purchased adult products.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Although we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase
some products drift out of availability. In this case they will be marked as
so on the product pages. All 'In-Stock' items will marked as 'ships
immediately'. We aim to dispatch 'On Order' items within
7 working days, though may take up to 28 days. If you wish to receive your
DVD as soon as possible look for the 'In-Stock' text on the product page.
Q. Will you send my order in discreet packaging?
A. When you purchase from Red Light DVD you can be assured that all
orders are quickly delivered in discreet, plain A5 bubble wrapped envelopes. There are no
markings on your order whatsoever.
Q. What can I expect from an Adult DVD?

Q. Will Adult DVDs play on my DVD player?
A. All of the titles we sell are 'Region 0', this means there is no
regional coding and are playable worldwide. DVDs are formatted either PAL or
NTSC and some old TVs may not be able to handle a NTSC signal, check your TV
menu options and ensure it is able to accept both PAL and NTSC signals or
you can set your DVD player to output a pseudo-PAL signal called PAL60 by
flicking a switch on the back of the player or in the DVD player menu
options.
Q. My DVD is updated as dispatch but has not arrived.
A. Once dispatched orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days
from the date of dispatch, please be aware that due to circumstances beyond
our control some orders may take up to 7 days due to delays in transit. All
orders will arrive with you so your patience is appreciated in these
